In the event that you receive a faulty or damaged goods please contact us for a replacement.  If a replacement is not available we shall issue a refund for the cost of the goods only.  Customer occurs postage costs. Postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.  All claims must be directed to Courier used.  Please contact us for their details.
